February 5, 2008 I have been Jane's client since 2006. She is a very hard working realtor. For example, when I call her, she always returns her call on the same day. All my requests have been taken care of extremely well. I am very impressed with her about this. She knows the area of Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, and these real estate markets very well. She has been informing me of the current tendency of the market honestly and accurately. I have known many realtors, who tell only rosy information and do not tell the accurate information when the market gets bad. 2 Short Sales sold in 7 months!! | | We were referred to Jane Buzzell by our son (a successful real estate broker in Colorado) who recognized her as a leader in short sales for the Fort Myers, FL market. Unfortunately, the impact of the poor economic conditions in southwest Florida forced us to move out with family in southern California. We owned two homes in Fort Myers and needed a realtor we could trust to represent our best interests even though we were thousands of miles away. Although we were met with an "over abundant" supply of obstacles in the road along the way, Jane and her Associate Laura were there to support us all along the way. Jane looked out for our best interests in numerous ways which included speaking to police detectives when we were burglarized, helped clean up water from a mishap another realtor caused, changed locks, searched for lost keys, worked with neighbors, spoke with mortgage lenders and attorneys on our behalf, and made sure we were kept in the loop all along the way. As a result of all her hard work, we closed on both our homes prior to foreclosure which is nothing but a miracle in that market! Although the situation appeared to be "hopeless" numerous times throughout the 7 months the homes were on the market, Jane never gave up and encouraged us to continue forward. We would highly recommend Jane to anyone searching for a hard working professional Realtor who looks out for your best interests more than her own!
